Have you ever tried to lose weight, only to find that your diet left you feeling wiped out and exhausted? There are several reasons for that, but also several solutions. One of those reasons may be you simply aren’t getting the right types of food that helps keep you full and boosts your energy level. That happens when you use a fad type of diet that has you eating cabbage soup or other bizarre food instead of a balanced meal. Another reason that this often occurs is that you don’t have a program of regular exercise that can boost your energy level. Personal trainers in Jersey can help you with both!
The right personal trainer can help you learn how to eat healthier.
Not all personal trainers provide a nutritional program. So, those that do are even more valuable to your weight loss effort. What you eat is the fuel for your body and extremely important. Not all calories are created equal. One calorie, no matter what the source, is fuel for your body. However, some foods provide more nutrients with that calorie. Other foods can have detrimental effects. Sugar, for instance, can send your blood sugar rising quickly. What goes up, must come down and the higher it goes, the further it dips. That leaves you with a feeling of exhaustion. Trainers help you learn how to eat healthier, while boosting your nutrition and energy levels without the side effects of exhaustion.
Eating healthy is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
Dieting simply doesn’t work. The reason is based on the very nature of a diet. Diets always ends. Sometimes, you lose the weight and it’s successful, sometimes you end the diet in a midnight raid on the refrigerator. Either way, the diet ends and you go back to your old eating habits that put the weight on initially. Eating healthier is a lifestyle change that never ends. It doesn’t mean you’ll be stuck eating rice cakes and celery the rest of your life. It means making smarter choices when you eat and even substituting one food for another. For instance, it might mean using Greek yogurt for you baked potato rather than butter and sour cream. You’ll be boosting your nutrition and cutting calories at the same time.
Add exercise to your dieting efforts and you’ll see a huge boost to your energy level.
The body is so amazing. The harder you work it, the more energy it has. Adding exercise to your weight loss energy not only burns more calories, help you to shed pounds faster. It also helps build your endurance, flexibility and strength. The stronger you are, the less tired you’ll get when you’re doing your daily activities. The same is true when you improve your endurance level.
Losing weight is simple. You need to eat fewer calories than you burn. When you workout, you’ll build more muscle tissue, which requires more calories for maintenance than fat tissue. You’ll be burning more calories 24/7.
Sleep deprivation can cause you to crave sugary treats for energy, while also affecting heart health. When you workout regularly, you’ll get more quality sleep.
You’ll improve your posture when you workout. Just walking taller can make you look thinner and improved posture can help your circulation and boost your energy level.
When you workout with a trainer, you’ll have both a healthy eating plan and a workout that was designed specifically for your needs.
Growing up I was a petite girl of course, as you grow older, have kids, and take on responsibilities life starts to change. I had my first child in which I didn’t stay with too much weight after birth (167lbs down to 135lbs). But I was not eating health and I started to gain weight. I tried multiple times in joining different gyms in which I only lasted for about 3 months. I wasn’t focus nor committed, and also was having problems in balancing work, family, errands, and gym. So I gave up! I had my 2nd child 5 years later in which after birth I weight 160 lbs. and was extremely unhappy. I wasn’t happy in my skin and it worried me as this affected me mentally and physically.
I hear of NJ Fitness through my sister in law whom challenge me to join a 6 week program back in August of 2017. And let’s say challenge accepted! Each instructor is amazing! I didn’t feel as if I was going to gym to be judge or seen as a “client”. The instructors became my friends, people who care and laugh with me and make the workout experience fun! Yes you hear me right FUN! I have decided 5- 6 days a week for the past 8 months and not once regret going! The flexibility of know the multiple hour options are available, and that if I need to bring my two little people its fine cause they have any area to play while I get my work out is a huge plus! I have been able to balance work, family, and my health. Thank you NJ Fitness Factory for not only being my to go gym but for being an important part of life!
The time had come for a change. The need to get back in the game. While I was working to lose weight I needed to take the next step and get off my behind and start working out again. It had been years since I carved out time to do something that needed to be done. I came across NJFF’s location in Bloomfield. Upon my first visit, I found a warm staff, an inviting facility and a new approach that allows you to invest less time and still see results. The trainers mix it up, make it fun, allow you to work at your own pace but also push you to go past your comfort zone. The members are non-judgmental, inspiring each other to climb to new heights. Not only do I enjoy the workouts, but I also look forward to each one and hate when I miss a training day. If you are looking for a great place to train you need to check out NJFF.
